We developed a custom meal ordering system for schools and caterers, allowing parents to order meals for their children online. The system includes a user-friendly interface for parents, a back-end system for caterers, and a dashboard for schools to manage orders.
The platform has streamlined the meal ordering process for parents, schools, and caterers, reducing administrative overhead while maintaining the familiar workflows users valued in the previous system. Caterers particularly appreciate the label printing functionality that clearly identifies allergens and dietary requirements, improving food safety and operational efficiency. The VAT handling has simplified accounting processes and ensured regulatory compliance across multiple school types.

We developed a range of technical services to help scale Stannp's offering in its early days, as well as support its expansion into the US. One notable development was a UK-based mail tracking application that provided a live visual map, which was used by the team to monitor deliveries. Another key feature was a US address matching and verification microservice.
Our work helped Stannp reduce the cost of mail delivery and accelerated their timeline for launching in the UK, shaving a few months off their initial launch schedule. This allowed them to scale more quickly and efficiently, especially with improved accuracy in mail delivery.
